For individuals

  1. Reservations
    • Please select your desired plan and date from the “Reservation form” below and tell us your preferences.
    • The guide fee starts at ¥25,000 for half a day tour and at ¥40,000 for full day tour. This does not include entrance fees and transport expenses. The final price could also be altered depending on the number of people in the group and special requests.
  2. Reservation confirmation
    • After receiving your reservation, we will contact you to confirm details and provide payment information.
  3. Payment
    • After confirming your reservation details, we will send you an invoice. Please select a payment method and complete the payment within the deadline.
    • Once payment is confirmed, we will send you a reservation completion email.
  4. Service provision
    • We will be waiting for you at the location you specify at the reserved date and time.
    • If you wish to extend the service on the day, we will accommodate you as much as possible. The extension fee is 5000 yen per hour.
    • Please note that there will be no refunds or price adjustments if the service ends earlier due to customer convenience.
