Services flow
Sightseeing Guide
Our sightseeing guide services are divided into those for general customers (individuals) and those for corporate clients.
Individuals
- Reservations
- Please select your desired plan and date from the “Reservation Form” on our website and tell us your preferences.
- Reservation Confirmation
- After receiving your reservation, we will contact you to confirm details and provide payment information.
- Payment
- After confirming your reservation details, we will send you an invoice. Please select a payment method and complete the payment within the deadline.
- Once payment is confirmed, we will send you a reservation completion email.
- Service Provision
- We will be waiting for you at the location you specify at the reserved date and time.
- If you wish to extend the service on the day, we will accommodate you as much as possible. The extension fee is 5000 yen per hour.
- Please note that there will be no refunds or price adjustments if the service ends earlier due to customer convenience.
Corporate
